In this position, you will be responsible for developping proactive service sales on Drives and motors installed base - ARA area (to be developed). You will be reporting to the Motion Regional Sales Manager.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identify and understand sales channels to end users customers
- Define a trade action plan
- Promote proactive service sales portfolio
- Follow and increase rolling business in existing customers
- Look for new customers
- Know the status of on-going affairs and projects, investment plans, decision processes, their organization
- Synthesize and present customized in-house to develop a business proposal, build the offer with the support of technical sales support while Respecting the time of delivery to the customer,
- analyze business conditions customers (T&C)

**Your background**:

- At least 3 years of higher education
- Knowledge in sales, obtained by initial education or 5 years’ experience
- Operational English and fluent French are required
- Results, Customer & Market Orientation
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business
