**Airbus Helicopters **recherche un **Chef de Produit digital TechData (f/h) **pour rejoindre notre département Méthodes et Outils de l’Ingénierie du Support basé à **Marignane **, France **.**:
**Vous ferez partie d'une équipe qui développe des solutions TechData (Documentation Technique et données associées) pour les clients. Au sein de l’équipe « Outils Clients », vous serez impliqué(e) dans la définition, le développement et le support de produits, services et outils visant à améliorer la satisfaction des clients et à atteindre les objectifs commerciaux et industriels définis.**:

**Vos challenges**:

- **Assurer une bonne performance des services TechData**:

- **Identifier les axes d’amélioration en termes de process (exemple : réduire les temps de publication de notre produit phare ORION), outils (évolutions, nouvelles fonctions) et données, et gérer leur implémentation en relation avec notre service informatique et des sous-traitants**:

- **Garantir une bonne qualité de service et la satisfaction des utilisateurs : animer et piloter les supports des utilisateurs (internes ou clients), mesurer la performance**:

- **Accompagner le développement de nouveaux services digitaux**:

- **Accompagner le changement et communiquer : assurer des présentations régulières du travail réalisé et à venir, assurer des formations aux utilisateurs interne ou clients**:

- **Encourager et piloter des projets d’innovation (ex : câblages 3D)**:
**Des déplacements professionnels ponctuels sont à prévoir et de ce fait vous devrez être disposé(e) à vous déplacer en conséquence**:
**Votre profil**:

- **Niveau scolaire requis : Bac +5 ou Bac+3 avec expérience**:

- **Niveau d’expérience professionnelle minimum attendu : 3 ans**:
