The Learning & Development Lead will join the Ipsen global transformation program and will be in charge of developing the strategic capabilities enabling the generation of long-term value to business.

The transformation program consists in reengineering the enterprise processes of “record-to-report", “procure-to-pay", “forecast-to-produce" and “order-to-cash" towards simplification, harmonization and standardization. This will be done leveraging our new enterprise-resource-planning system S/4HANA. The Learning & Development Lead will be responsible to shape and execute the plan to develop and maintain the right hard and soft competencies to:
1. Enable the transformation and maximize the value generated by this investment,

2. Elevate the capabilities globally,

3. Champion the change to establish a growth mindset and culture, which drives continuous improvement in capabilities.

This person will be transverse within the program, exposed to the leadership team and will establish continuous connections with the corporate and local business and human resources teams.
- ** Enable Ipsen’s transformation**
- Drive the program leadership on identifying key capabilities for the program success, related but not limited to the S/4HANA solution and fostering the adoption of highly standardized industry best practices.
- Build and own a roadmap ensuring all populations impacted are properly skilled on time for the roll-out of their new processes, leveraging tools such as Learning Journeys and Strategic Capability Planning.
- Set up a Program Academy or University promoting all forms of development: training, learning-by-doing, learning-with-others and maximize impact by integrating to the yearly development processes.
- Oversee learning and development actions and sessions logistics, liaise with Change Management teams.
- Product-Own and leverage training solution EnableNow, set up training content community for future evolutions, including content approval and activation.
- Source, contract and project-manage external training partners.
- Orchestrate the tracking of sessions and attendance.
- Continuously improve by consulting trainees and internal stakeholders.

- Support business growth and evolutions by identifying and building future capabilities.

- Set up and steer the communities of practices.

- Actively network externally across industries to bring ideas to inspire Ipsen on new capabilities, skills and competencies.
- Scout and source new training techniques and methodologies, with a strong appetite for new technologies and innovation/digital transformation.
- Proactively seek ways of generating ever more value to patient and to Ipsen through learning & development.
- Act as SME on learning & development and mentor the community of trainers.
- Take additional assignments beyond core mission.

**Experience / Qualifications**

**Education**:

- Preferred: Master's degree University/Engineering or MBA
- Languages: Fluent in English, French would be a plus
- Certification in training, coaching, mentoring would be a plus

**Experience (Proficiency)**:

- Successful experience on a similar position
- Significant experience of enterprise-scale transformation
- Exposure to SAP or another ERP (enterprise resource planning) system would be a plus
- Analytics & Dashboarding knowledge are required for the position
- Strong business acumen and financial mechanisms
- Experience in working in international environment / global organization
