We are currently looking for an **Operations Coordinator **to join our INSEAD Executive Coaching (IEC) team within our **Executive Education **Department. This is a one-year temporary and full-time position that will be based at our Europe Campus in **Fontainebleau **, France.
Reporting to the Director Development & Operations IEC, the Operations Coordinator will support all administrative and logistics aspects involved in preparing and follow-up of coaching interventions and leadership journeys both on and off campus for Executive Education programmes in Europe, Asia, Middle East and the Americas
**Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Launch/administer all coaching instruments: 360, PPB, PPIN, assignments, feedback surveys, developmental exercises and other coaching instruments for Executive Education programmes.
- Tracking of coaching activity - ensure that appropriate monitoring and tracking and completion of the IEC planning with relevant programme data and monitoring of follow-up calls for the various programmes.
- Raise Purchase Orders (PO) for each coach involved in each session. In liaison with Procurement, ensure that POs contain exact and contracted information in order to guarantee seamless payment by EDP Admin and Finance.
- Logistics - arrange logistics for the coaching interventions either on campus, off-site or virtual and ensure coaches (and other relevant parties) receive logístical information in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with faculty Programme Directors / Lead Coaches / Coaches on all preparation and logístical aspects of the coaching activity.
**To be successful in this role, you should have**:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, BTS Diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience, ideally within a fast-paced international environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities, ability to influence without formal authority.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to think on feet and problem solve.

Nous recherchons actuellement un **Coordinateur des Opérations **(F/H) pour rejoindre notre équipe INSEAD Executive Coaching (IEC) au sein de notre département **Executive Education **. Il s'agit d'un contrat à durée déterminée d'un an à temps plein, qui sera basé sur notre campus européen de **Fontainebleau **, en France.
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur du Développement et des Opérations IEC, le Coordinateur des Opérations soutiendra tous les aspects administratifs et logistiques impliqués dans la préparation et le suivi des interventions de coaching et des voyages de leadership sur le campus et hors campus pour les programmes d'Executive Education en Europe, en Asie, au Moyen-Orient et aux Amériques.
**Les principales responsabilités sont les suivantes**:
- Lancer / administrer tous les instruments de coaching : 360, PPB, PPIN, missions, enquêtes de retour d'information, exercices de développement et autres instruments de coaching pour les programmes de formation des cadres.
- Suivi de l'activité de coaching - veiller à ce que le suivi soit approprié ainsi que l'achèvement de la planification de l'IEC avec des données de programme pertinentes et le suivi des appels de suivi pour les différents programmes, le soit également.
- Établir des bons de commande pour chaque coach impliqué dans chaque session. En liaison avec le service des achats, s'assurer que les bons de commande contiennent des informations exactes et contractuelles afin de garantir un paiement sans faille par l'administration et les finances de l'EDP.
