- We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Market Research and Forecasting Manager to join our Global Forecast & Market Insights (GFMI) team - a part of the Global Product Strategy Excellence (GPSE) department within the Global Product Strategy (GPS)). In this role, you will be responsible for leading market research projects and developing accurate sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making. **Sales Forecasting**
- Lead the valuation of several oncology assets/indications, developing and updating forecast models for existing and upcoming indications to inform Asset Plans, Long Term Industrial Planning and the Group Strategic Plan
- Define KPIs and associated values for forecasting in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Utilize external and internal databases (e.g., IQVIA, DRG, etc) to provide relevant input and define the best approach for each forecast.
- Support affiliates for their local forecast by providing value-added forecasting tools, methodologies, market insights/assumptions.
- Contribute to performing business case assessments for internal R&D assets & external opportunities.**Market Research**
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to define the global market research plan for the brand(s) you manage.
- Manage activities related to global market research studies, including selecting service providers, and recommending appropriate methodologies.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of research projects.
- Synthesize results and present actionable recommendations to various internal clients, during various forums (plenary sessions, workshops, corners,...)**Other responsibilities**
- Contribute to strategic and tactical planning for main Products, Countries, and Regions (brand/asset plans planning, country & regional plans analysis).
- Engage in cross-functional projects and workstreams, leveraging your expertise and insights from market studies and forecasts.
- Share best practices in terms of market research and forecasting within Servier (training sessions, guidebooks, quick-cards,...)

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharma industry, (pharma company, consulting, or market research agency)- Master level degree or above (PharmD, Business School, other)**Hard Skills / Expertise**:

- Understanding of business issues and expectations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Market Research methodologies (quantitative/qualitative) with strong synthesis abilities
- Familiarity with data sources specific to the pharmaceutical industry (e.g. IQVIA, Clarivate)
- Knowledge of forecasting methodologies, ideally epi-based forecasting approach
- Project management skills - ability to lead and coordinate several different projects in parallel while ensuring high quality work and meeting timelines
- Ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and ideally some knowledge of PowerBI
- Fluent in both English (main working language) and French
- Familiarity with Oncology specificities is a plus / interest in complex medical therapeutic areas
