**Objectif du poste**:
Sous la responsabilité directe du responsable de la gouvernance de la sécurité et de la gestion des risques, l'architecte IAM conduit la stratégie informatique globale d'Alstom en termes de gestion des identités et des accès.
Il ou elle est chargé(e) de développer et de diriger la gouvernance des identités et des accès, en conformité avec la politique de sécurité IAM au niveau du groupe. Cela inclut la définition de processus globaux pour gérer le cycle de vie des comptes et de l'identité des utilisateurs dans le paysage informatique.
Il coordonne et rassemble les parties prenantes pertinentes autour des sujets IAM, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les RH, le sourcing, les gestionnaires de Master Data, IS&T, les représentants des entreprises.
Il conçoit les mécanismes et outils IAM appropriés à mettre en œuvre au sein du système d'information d'Alstom et est chargé de diriger la feuille de route fonctionnelle et technique.
Il dirige l'équipe des ressources externes soutenant le programme IAM d'Alstom et assure la relation avec les parties externes avec le soutien des équipes de sourcing et juridiques.
**Principales Responsabilités**:
- L'architecte IAM est le propriétaire de la solution pour certaines solutions de sécurité spécifiques sous sa responsabilité
- Normes IAM
- Validation de l'architecture, par rapport à la politique de sécurité
- Gouvernance des identités et des accès
- Support niveau 3 - expertise - pour les plateformes et les sujets IAM
- L'architecte principal IAM suit et valide les aspects de sécurité liés à l'IAM dans les projets informatiques d'Alstom
- ISSCQ - produire tous les questionnaires de sécurité et de conformité des système d'information lors de la phase initiale de tous les projets
- Analyse des Risques - effectuer une analyse des risques et identifier un plan d'atténuation lorsque cela est nécessaire
- Plan d'assurance sécurité - S'assurer que tous les partenaires/ prestataires informatiques respectent la politique IAM lorsqu'ils fournissent des services ( par ex : fournisseurs de Cloud et de SaaS ).
- Accepation de la sécurité - prendre la bonne décision en tenant compte du risque résiduel et de la valeur de l'actif

Formation Initial : un leader IAM ayant 10 ans d'expérience dans les activités de sécurité IAM, idéalement avec une formation en architecture dans la sécurité informatique

**Experiences Obligatoires**:
- Concepts IAM
- Architecture IAM ( IAG, SSO,PKI)
- Formation en Securité
- Excellente capacité de communication écrite /verbal/ d'écoute et de verbalisation
- Capacité à analyser les risques et à concevoir un modèle de sécurité IAM approprié ( provisionnement, workflow d'habilitation, authentification, authorités de données de base, séparation des tâches, gestion des accès privilégiés, fédération).
- Expertise en la matière sur tous les sujets IAM en relation avec les technologies d'entreprise sur site, et sur la relation entre les architectures
- Favoriser l'adoption d'architectures de références d'authentification et d'autorisation pour les technologies IAM existantes, nouvelles et émergentes
- Developper des solutions architecture efficaces qui non seulement satisfont aux exigence immédiates du projet, mais fournissent également une architecture cohérente, réutilisable, fiable et progressive pour aider l'entreprise à se développer et à évoluer tout en alignant la politiqe de sécurité IAM
- Analyse des risques
- Connaissance des normes ISO 27002 et ISO 27005

Experience sur les solutions IAM au sein de Saviynt AAG, Microsoft Azure ou autre solution IAG : Niveau 3

Bonne compréhension des technologies liées à la gestion des identités et des accès tel que API, AD, LDAP, SQL : Niveau 4
Connaissance approfondie des protocoles liés à la gestion des identités et des accès tels que **SAML
