An apprenticeship offer entitled " **Apprenticeship in Digital Change Management (M/F) **" has just opened within **Airbus Hélicopters **on Marignane site, near Marseille.
You will join the Digital Design and Manufacturing System (DDMS) project department who is in charge of creating a digital environment for collaborative design, testing, and qualification of products and systems, enhancing speed, efficiency, and quality.
This apprenticeship will consist of **communication tasks **and change management activities related to the implementation of DDMS technologies.
This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 1 or 2 years.
This position requires security clearance or requires being eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.
**Tasks and responsibilities**:
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.
You will contribute to the following main activities:
- **Writing articles **, content production for the **Digital Communication **Platform, coordination and logistic preparation for events; contribute to the elaboration of **videos **and organization of **workshops**
- Prepare and Manage change Management Engagement **Surveys**
- Contribute to the set-up of specific **DDMS **Center of Competences (develop partnership with start-ups)
**Skills & Prerequisites**:
You will integrate a BAC+ 4 level training in the field of communication or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 1 or 2 years
You have the following knowledge and skills:
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Organized, inquisitive, and proactive.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
**Language skills**:
English: fluent
French: advanced
