Au sein de l'équipe 365 Productivity, nous recherchons un(e) Alternant(e) pour intégrer et évoluer dans une cellule à taille humaine et solidaire.

Dans le cadre de ton alternance, ton objectif est de participer au développement de l’activité en intervenant directement sur la réalisation de projets de migration vers Microsoft 365 (messagerie, documents, devices ), et le traitement des demandes de nos clients.

**Voici le détail de tes missions**:

- Analyser les besoins des clients afin d’y apporter des solutions spécifiques ou générique
- Concevoir, réaliser et mettre en production des solutions métiers dans l’environnement Microsoft (SharePoint, Teams, Office, PowerApps, Power Automate, agents virtuels / bots),
- Réaliser des PoC pour valider les orientations techniques proposées.
- Effectuer des actions de support auprès des métiers sur ces outils
- Former et accompagner les utilisateurs dans l’utilisation de ces outils
- Rédaction de spécifications, documentation et supports de formation

- Outils de migration : ShareGate, Mover
- PowerShell

Technophile passionné(e), tu as une expérience requise en Messagerie Microsoft et PowerShell et tu souhaites poursuivre ta montée en compétences dans l’univers Microsoft 365. Ce qui fera surtout la différence c’est ta personnalité, ta pédagogie et ton relationnel.

Tu as le sens du service avec un Focus client/utilisateur pour mieux guider, accompagner et conseiller les clients.

Tes connaissances en concepts de sécurité et conformité M365 sont fortement appréciées.

Ton esprit d’initiative, ta curiosité et ton ouverture d’esprit sont autant des qualités qui te permettront de t’intégrer facilement au sein de ton équipe qui est déjà prête à t’accompagner pour tes débuts chez Claranet
