Tooling and Diagnostic Coordinator is responsible for ensuring overall project management (availability/timely communication) for special service tools and diagnostic tools.

**Responsibilities**:
Management of all activities required for Europe (for both Nissan and Infiniti) in order to ensure that our Service Networks have access to the right tools at the right time to service Nissan and Infiniti cars for our Customers, i.e.:
1. Diagnostic Tools (including software, hardware & accessories.)
2. All other Special Service Tools including EV specific tooling.
3. All other Commercial Tools & Equipment.

**Activities**:
Project management in relation with Nissan Japan (NML), Design, Nissan Europe manufacturing plants (UK, Spain), Regional Business Units (RBUs) and National Sales Companies (NSCs) in Europe, and International suppliers, i.e:
Tool and software planning (for development, production, and distribution ) based on vehicle events, including project management of Special Service Tools development and delivery at Dealerships before the Start of Sales (SOS).

**Supplier Management**: close coordination of supplier(s). Negotiation of terms of service and contract
Onboarding of new tooling supplier including service level agreement definition.
Secure an Alliance distribution route for tooling when possible
Act as the European expert with regards to Diagnostic and Service Tools.
Pre Launch quality checks for tooling, hardware and software
Prepare all Nissan network communication within scope.
Departmental monthly KPI monitoring and reporting.

**Additional tasks and responsibilities**:
Development and production meetings.
Section and Division meetings.
Work cross-functionally with other departments, e.g. the TCS Department (Total Customer Satisfaction Department), the Warranty group, etc. for specific projects.
Occasional business trips, mainly in Europe.

**Main stakeholders**:
Nissan Customers, who expect a high-quality, fast vehicle Service experience.
Nissan headquarters in Japan (NML.)
Nissan Technical Centers in Europe (Design Engineering)
Regional Business Units / Nissan National Sales Companies.
Suppliers.
Renault.

**Key qualifications**:
Project management focus with technical knowledge and/or a certain level of interest in engineering an asset.
Keen to work in a Multicultural environment.
Excellent written and oral English skills.
Ability to work both independently, and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal skills.

**Experience**:
Supplier management experience and automotive background is an advantage
