- Organiser et superviser les opérations de mobilisation/démobilisation de navires ainsi que les chantiers spécifiques associés
- Conduire des projets simples de mobilisations de navires ou modification d’équipements
- Job Description
- Piloter l’équipe de Coordinateurs Opérations de la Base Offshore:

- Gérer les activités de l’équipe, les priorités et le reporting vers le Chef de Projets Commerciaux et le Responsable de la Base Offshore
- Être référent technique pour la préparation des opérations de levage de la Base Offshore (validation des plans de levage, vérification des instructions ).
- Piloter la prestation de levages lourds et manutention et gérer la coactivité associée
- Préparer et animer les réunions quotidiennes avec l’équipe de Coordinateurs Opérations et les autres intervenants internes ou externes liés aux activités de la Base Offshore
- Construire, maintenir et améliorer les outils de suivi des activités de l’équipe, ainsi que de résolution des problèmes (OBEYA) et améliorer les pratiques de l’équipe (amélioration continue)
- Conduire des projets de moins de 100k€ de mobilisations de navires, modification d’équipements:

- Définir, budgéter et planifier les opérations à réaliser
- Définir et associer une analyse de risques aux opérations
- Gérer l’interface technique et commerciale avec nos clients (Suivre le budget, faire des rapports réguliers et signaler toute variation) ainsi qu’avec les prestataires
- Facturer et clôturer les projets (Retour d’expérience, documentation, satisfaction, rentabilité)

- FORMATION INITIALE
Bac+5 ou Ingénieur.e généraliste à dominante technique
Expérience professionnelle d'au moins 2 ans en gestion d’équipe terrain et/ou dans les opérations de machines/engins spéciaux
- **Compétences techniques** : Connaissances générales en levage, soudage, mécanique / structure, connaissances HSE (équivalent N2), coordination d’équipe opérationnelle, gestion des risques, résolution de problèmes, coordination de sous-traitants, gestion de la coactivité
- **Compétences particulières**: Connaissance de l’installation offshore ou des équipements de pose de flexibles, Formation ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security - Code international pour la sûreté des navires et des installations portuaires)
- **Compétences informatiques**: Maîtrise de l’environnement Windows et du pack Office, utilisation d’un ERP, power BI
- **Compétences linguistiques**: Anglais niveau avancé
- **SAVOIR-ETRE**: Fédérateur, leadership, réactivité, bon relationnel, rigueur, autonomie, résilience, travailler en équipe
