A day in the Life:

- Adhere to customer service procedures, performance targets and rules
- Handle all telephone/fax/written/web inquiries within divisional guidelines, relay price and availability information to customers as required
- Open and manage customer accounts by recording account information
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and direct activities to appropriate services
- Establish lasting trusting relationships through open and interactive communication
- Work on assignments or projects as a team
- Maintain daily customer service reports
- Liaise with transporters and suppliers

Keys to Success:
**Education**
- BAC+2 in customer care relationship equivalent required.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in similar administrative functions

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Conflict resolution
- Multi-tasking
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
