As a Market Analyst at VEGA, your mission is clear: collect, dissect, and transform data into strategic gold.
Here’s what’s on your radar:
**Data alchemy**: examining various data types such as sales figures, consumer demographics, pricing policies, distribution channels and market penetration metrics.
**Market exploration **:Additionally, you will conduct market research through surveys, questionnaires, interviews, and focus groups to understand customer preferences, behaviours, business models.
**Competitive intelligence**: Monitoring competitors' activities and industry trends will also be integral to your role.

**Key responsibilities**

**Trend tracking**: Monitor European market trends and devise appropriate strategies. Anticipate the future.
**Strategic blueprints**: Develop business plans suggestions aligned with organizational objectives.
**Global brainstorming**: Collaborate closely with Product Management team at our Schiltach, Germany headquarters and internationally.
**Industry sentinel **: Actively engage with national trade and industry bodies to stay abreast of industry developments.

**What We Seek**

**Mastermind Degree**:Hold a master's degree in business, economics, or related field (Grande Ecole, GMAT 700)
**Groundbreaking experience**:First experience in product management, business development, or strategic marketing.
