**MISSIONS**
Vous intégrez l’équipe SFE/BI & Omnichannel, en charge des outils & process au service de la performance commerciale. Plus largement, vous êtes un membre actif du département Commercial Excellence.
En tant que spécialiste SFE/BI, vous avez la responsabilité de mesurer et d’analyser la performance commerciale du One Medical Devices sous tous ses aspects. Vous êtes responsable de:
- Assurer la justesse et la pertinence des données et analyses produites par le département ; vous
- Participer à l’amélioration des process
- Gérer le CRM & et la production des reporting et les demandes d'analyse en lien avec l'activité commerciale.
- Participer au développement des outils d'analyse commerciale du Medical Devices
- Proposer des solutions pour améliorer leur fiabilisation et leur optimisation.
- Collecter, analyser et nettoyer les différentes données garantissant leur qualité pour l’usage des clients internes (commercial, marketing, finance, senior leadership, etc.) au travers des dashboard et reporting existants ou à développer ;
- Etablir de solides relations avec les différentes parties prenantes impliquées dans la conduite de vos missions pour mieux comprendre et anticiper les besoins de vos clients internes.
- Assurer la gestion du process des primes
**Responsabilités principales**
**Performance Commerciale:
- Contribuer à la définition des objectifs des commerciaux, en lien avec la stratégie commerciale,
le marketing (nouveaux produits) & les prévisions par compte
- Analyse et suivi des Objectifs Quantitatifs
- Analyse et suivi des Objectifs qualitatifs
- Organiser les groupes de travail sur le Plan de primes
- Construction des mécanismes & définitions des critères du plan de primes
- Supports de communication : présentations / grille de simulation / points de passage mensuels & Closing trimestriels
- Calcul les primes individuelles & gestion des spécificités
- Mesure de l’impact & de l’efficacité du plan de primes (KPI & Dashboard), identification des points d’amélioration / simplification & construction des recommandations pour le Board
- Veille & Benchmark sur l’évolution des pratiques & des systèmes incitatifs en matière d’efficacité et de performance des forces de vente
- Lien avec les challenges marketing
**Business Excellence Data Insights
- Créer & développer un système de suivi de l’efficacité des activités de la force de vente puis déterminer des insights & des recommandations
- Participer activement aux Projets visant à optimiser la profitabilité du One MD (SGP, ST&P,)
- Analyser & proposer l’optimisation de l’allocation des ressources (GTM)
- Analyses, Business Case & actions de suivi diverses

**Analyse des données commerciales
- Collecte des données et préparation des analyses préalables aux négociations commerciales
- Responsable de la justesse et de la pertinence des analyses business réalisées (Ventes, profitabilité ), détecte les points d'amélioration de la performance commerciale
- Analyse des anomalies détectées lors des processus d'intégration des données
- les analyses et reporting portent sur des éléments financiers (gestion des inventaires, suivi de la profitabilité, ventes) et non financiers (marché, parts de marché, cohérence commerciale) ; ils sont un vecteur essentiel de la transmission d'informations et de la prise de décisions pour l'ensemble du Medical Devices chez J&J.
**Reporting interne/externe
- Reporting pour les BU et le BUD Forum ainsi que vers l'EMEA (mensuel, ad-hoc, suivi des indicateurs clés de performance )
- Création et optimisation des « dashboard » (pertinence et durée de réalisation) à destination des forces de vente et des équipes marketing.
