**Overview**
- Assist INSCs MarCom leadership from operational POV in MARCOM, Digital & CRM INSCs central strategy deployment to all INSCs markets in scope
- Development of In-house Tools and Dashboards to measure and challenge MarCom, Digital & CRM achievement of INSCs markets.
- Support planning/scheduling of key Marketing INSCs activities to ensure timely delivery coherent with the plan
- Secure structure/regular communication and support with importer markets for MarCom topics

**Responsabilities**

**MARCOM tasks**:

- Mapping of local social media channels (overview on what markets communicate on **NEW**)
- Deploy Organic social calendar creation align to Nissan AMMIEO strategy
- Secure Local communication plans advisory and coordination
- Preparation of quarterly INSC newsletter (in-house **NEW**)

**MARCOM Performance (NEW)**:

- Create a basic MARCOM INSCs central report - crosscheck sales volume vs. communication plan vs. Digital KPIs (source CEDAR)

**Social Media and CRM enhancement (NEW)**:

- Adapt and roll out the AMIEO Social Media strategy
- To adapt and to localize the global assets to be used locally
- Development of In-house Tools and Dashboards to measure and challenge and to report Social Media imp. perf
- To complete the global asset package with specific content to fit to meet local requirements
- Coordinate importers influencers (creators with influence) strategy

**Brand tasks (NEW)**:

- Develop project for Purchase funnel implementation & tracking enhancement
- Brand survey PDCA with markets coordination
- CSR projects identification in collaboration with importers to support Brand enhancement

The role requires a lot of coordination and follow-up, we are looking for an organized person having education in CRM, MARCOM and events
- Bachelor Degree in marketing, Communications or Similar
- 1-2 years of experience in similar roles
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Project management & organizational skills it's a plus
- Workshop animation
