**About the Role**:
As the Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy across the portfolio of products of our client. You will lead a global team of product managers and product owners, guiding them through the entire lifecycle of product development. With a focus on data and sustainability, you will ensure that our products deliver maximum value to our clients while adhering to our company’s mission of driving positive global change.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Product Strategy Leadership**: Develop and implement the company’s overall product strategy, aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
- **Team Leadership & Mentorship**: Lead and mentor product managers and owners, fostering a culture of achievement, collaboration, and a willingness to dive into the details.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Leverage data insights to guide product innovations and strategic decisions, particularly in the areas of **Data** and **Green/Sustainability**.
- **Customer & Market Focus**: Ensure products meet market needs and customer expectations by staying ahead of industry trends and driving continuous improvement.
- **Stakeholder Alignment**: Work closely with senior leadership and external clients to align product strategies with business goals and to ensure successful project delivery.
**What You Bring**:
- 7+ years of experience in product management, including leadership roles, with a focus on data or sustainability.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully scaling and launching products.
- Experience working in an agile environment and managing global teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and a willingness to be hands-on when needed.
- Passion for creating impactful products that drive both business success and global good.
- Fluency in french and english
**Usual Tech Stack**:
Notion, Google Workspace, Suite Microsoft, ClickUp, Miro, Figma, Confluence, et Jira.
Knowledge of SQL and an engineering background is a strong advantage.
