**Objectif du poste**
En collaboration avec un Responsable de Practice ou un Engagement Manager, ton objectif est de participer au développement de la marque en mettant à profit tes compétences métiers et fonctionnelles sur les solutions Salesforce pour mener à bien des projets à forte valeur ajoutée pour nos clients.
**Les principales missions**
- Intervenir dans des dossiers d avant-vente et sur la mise en œuvre de projets répondant aux enjeux de transformation digitale de nos clients
- Prendre en charge l'intégralité du processus de mise en œuvre de la solution:
- Préparer les ateliers de cadrage
- Animer les ateliers de recueil des besoins auprès des utilisateurs
- Rédiger les cahiers des charges et les spécifications fonctionnelles
- Paramétrer et configurer la solution
- Tester la solution proposée et s assurer de la qualité des livrables
- Intervenir sur le support post démarrage (conduite du changement, formation, TMA )
- Être en charge de la compréhension, de l analyse et de la modélisation des besoins utilisateurs métier et de la définition de la solution
- Être responsable de la conception (paramétrer et/ou superviser) et de la qualité des livrables du projet
- Participer à la mise en place des tests de performance et de réactivité de la plateforme pour s assurer une bonne expérience utilisateurs pour optimiser l'efficacité et l adoption
- Accompagner le client dans l élaboration de la Roadmap Solution et anticiper sur les prochaines itérations du projet
- Maîtriser les process builder et les flows pour challenger les équipes de développement et garantir le respect des bonnes pratiques de déploiement de la solution
- Être force de propositions, soumettre et défendre des recommandations
**Profil recherché**
De formation BAC+5, tu justifies d au moins 2 ans d expérience réussie et significative dans la mise en place de solutions Salesforce.
Tu connais les limites de la plateforme et tu as idéalement au moins une certification Salesforce.
Ton sens du service client, de l'initiative, une forte capacité à travailler en équipe et une vision globale sur la gestion de projet seront des atouts pour réussir sur ce poste.
Tu sais échanger, écouter et challenger les équipes et tu maîtrises aussi bien l anglais que le français à l écrit comme à l oral.
A l aise face aux clients, tu sais exprimer ton point de vue et challenger tes interlocuteurs pour les orienter vers la meilleure solution pour eux.
