**SOGECA CONSEIL recherche pour son client COMPRESSPORT**, marque spécialisée dans le triathlon, le trail-running et le road-running, développant des gammes de produits techniques et innovants, **un(e) Custom Project Manager H/F.**

CDI - Poste à pourvoir immédiatement - Poste basé sur Annecy (74).

**Le poste**:
Distribués dans plus de 50 pays dans le monde, COMPRESSPORT est présents aux côtés des athlètes lors d’événements sportifs d’envergure régionale, nationale et internationale.

Au sein des équipes de la marque, vous êtes l’ambassadeur/drice du programme « custom products » auprès de l’ensemble de nos interlocuteurs. Sous la responsabilité du Sales Director, vos principales missions sont:

- Être l’interlocuteur(trice) principal(e) entre nos clients et COMPRESSPORT.
- Assurer le développement, la promotion et la commercialisation de l’offre « custom » auprès des différents clients de la marque : Distributeurs, Organisations sportives, Clubs, Partenaires stratégiques.
- Briefer et coordonner les équipes de création et de développement produits afin d’assurer la bonne réalisation des différents projets.
- Collaborer avec les équipes produits à la définition de l’offre.

A ce titre, vos champs de responsabilités se déclinent comme suit:
Distribution et promotion:

- Être le point de contact unique entre les différents clients et la marque et tout particulièrement nos clients stratégiques internationaux.
- Commercialiser l’offre « custom product » auprès des différents clients de la marque (distributeurs, événements, clubs, organisations sportives, fédérations) et gérer tout particulièrement la relation client avec les organisations sportives internationales.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes digitales pour la mise en ligne des offres de produits personnalisables.
- Assurer la bonne promotion de l’offre auprès des différents interlocuteurs de COMPRESSPORT.
- Participer aux principaux événements sportifs de la marque en France et à l’International.

Offre et développement:

- En collaboration avec le/la Chef de Produit COMPRESSPORT, être le/la garant(e) de la construction de l’offre de produits personnalisables.
- Travailler en parfaite coordination avec les équipes commerciales, marketing et produit ainsi que de création, développement et production pour assurer la bonne mise sur le marché des produits en s’assurant de répondre aux grades de qualité de la marque et aux contraintes temps.

Reporting et opérations:

- Proposer une veille marché (clients et concurrents) permanente et s’assurer de la bonne remonté des informations.
- Être force de proposition pour le développement de l’offre et sa commercialisation.
- Rapporter et proposer/animer le plan d’activité.
- Assurer la bonne gestion de l’ensemble de la chaine administrative liée au produit.

**Profil et compétences recherchés**:

- Vous êtes une/e professionnelle issu/e du domaine **commercial, marketing ou produit**, justifiant d’une **expérience réussie de deux à trois ans dans un environnement international lié de préférence à l’industrie du sport**(marques, événements, organisations, fédération).
- Autonome, consciencieux(se) et rigoureux(se) vous savez travailler en équipe et êtes capable de mener/coordonner plusieurs projets en même temps tout en respectant les contraintes de temps liées aux activités de l’entreprise.
- Par ailleurs, vous parlez **anglais de manière courante**, une autre langue pouvant être un avantage supplémentaire.
- Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office.
- Enfin, vous faites preuve d’un intérêt réel et sincère pour l’univers de la Marque (Triathlon, Trail Running, Road Running, que vous pratiquez peut-être), et souhaitez travailler dans une entreprise internationale de taille humaine et en fort développement.
