**MISSION**:
Sous la responsabilité du responsable « Business Plan, Planification Financière & Etudes », vous faites partie d'une équipe de 5 personnes en charge de l'établissement des prévisions financières du Groupe (budget et long terme), de fournir les analyses nécessaires pour éclairer la direction ainsi que de contribuer aux publications financières.
**RESPONSABILITÉS DU POSTE**:
**Processus budget annuel (et mises à jour trimestrielles)**:

- Organiser et consolider le processus de budget annuel conjointement avec les équipes de contrôle de gestion afin de produire le compte de résultat, le bilan et les flux de trésorerie aux normes IFRS, y compris le plan de dette et d'investissement.
- Assurer la cohérence entre les prévisions de résultat de gestion et les prévisions des états financiers IFRS

**Stratégie à long terme (Business Plan)**:

- Fournir les données financières à long terme du Groupe (compte de résultat, bilan et prévisions de trésorerie)
- Modéliser le business plan de l’activité shipping en ligne avec la stratégie du Groupe, la situation du marché et les hypothèses financières et opérationnelles (plan de flotte, plans d'économies, décarbonation, plan de financement et impact des investissements majeurs)
- Consolider les business plans des activités non maritimes (Logistique, Terminaux, Médias, Air,..)
- Documenter les hypothèses opérationnelles et financières qui sous-tendent les prévisions à long terme

**Projets et études ad hoc**:

- Accompagner les projets de développement (croissance organique/externe, Comité d'Investissement)
- Produire les analyses financières comparatives avec les concurrents (benchmark shipping)

**Présentations financières**:

- En étroite collaboration avec les autres directions financières (Consolidation et Relations Investisseurs), préparer les packages de reporting financier du Groupe (Conseil d'administration, Banque et investisseur, rapport annuel...).

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Master en économie ou en administration des affaires (finance, comptabilité, stratégie d'entreprise) ou en ingénierie
- Minimum 3-4 ans d'expérience dans une société d'audit, de planification et d'analyse bancaire ou financière
- Une grande maîtrise de la modélisation et de l'analyse d'Excel/Access est requise
- Une expérience en Visual Basic, SQL est un atout
- Maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
- Bonne connaissance et compréhension des lignes directrices GAAP/IFRS
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
- Expérience de la communication efficace de données clés, y compris des présentations à la haute direction, au conseil d'administration ou à d'autres partenaires externes.
