- La délégation à l'information et à la communication de la défense propose et conduit la politique générale de communication du ministère des armées. Elle contribue à une meilleure connaissance de la politique de défense de la France et des actions conduites par le ministère des armées. Elle définit et conduit la communication interne, externe et de crise du ministère et de participer au maintien du lien Armées-Nation.La DICOD est directement rattachée au ministre des armées
**Descriptif des missions**:
Pour cela, il participe à la production des contenus (textes et vidéos) en coordination avec trois community managers, autour des thématiques du ministère des Armées (Ukraine, sécurité climatique, économie de guerre ). Il garantit la
cohérence éditoriale par la relecture des contenus. Il peut être amené, selon les sujets, à les valider avant diffusion et
assurer leur mise en ligne. Il participe également à l’élaboration des campagnes de communication. En tant que Content & social media manager, il assure une veille permanente (sujets, tendances ) afin de jouer un rôle de conseil dans le domaine du social média auprès de la hiérarchie de la DICoD et des organismes de la communication du ministère.
Ce poste nécessite d’excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et une maîtrise parfaite de la langue française (orthographe, grammaire, syntaxe). Une bonne connaissance des enjeux de défense serait appréciée.
Le titulaire du poste doit maitriser les techniques digitales, la rédaction pour les réseaux sociaux et savoir utiliser Photoshop.
**Profil recherché**:
Deux à cinq ans d’expérience pour community manager après une formation spécialisée dans le journalisme ou la communication.
Compétences : synthèse des information, autonomie, travail en équipe, rigueur, maitrise de l'expression écrite, utilisation des techniques journalistiques, communication de la Défense, conception et mise en œuvre des contenus digitaux.
Le titulaire est informé qu’il pourra être amené à participer à un service d’astreinte à domicile en heures non ouvrables et /ou jours fériés.
