As 'Project Manager', you and your team are responsible for the complete management of complex construction and real estate projects. You act as an intermediary between the client and the suppliers/contractors with whom you communicate in a targeted manner. You are always the client's direct point of contact.
Both in terms of sustainability and budget, timing and quality, you realise the client's objectives and monitor the productivity of your projects. You are part of an internal project team led by the project director and consisting of various experts. Together with the project director you will set the strategic outlines of the project and then develop and follow them up together with a team of internal and external experts.

**Responsibilities**:
Organising and coordinating the study team
Drawing up the construction programme in consultation with the client and the project director
Drawing up the study and execution planning in consultation with all members of the project team
Selecting, directing and coordinating suppliers and contractors
Permanent management of the planning, budget and quality of the projects
In charge of setting up the sustainability objectives (smart KPIs) and monitoring their implementation
Challenge the design team to achieve an optimal integrated design that maximizes all project objectives
Formatting minutes of meetings
Administrative management of the design and implementation phase
**Requirements**:
You are a structural engineer, architect or similar and have a strong interest in the construction or real estate world. You have work experience as a project manager or have several years of relevant work experience in the construction or real estate sector
For you, sustainability is more than "a buzzword" and you strongly identify with this way of thinking and living
You have a sense of initiative, can work according to priorities and planning
You are entrepreneurial and communicative, you are a team player
A sense of responsibility, stress-resistance, flexibility and autonomy are your distinguishing qualities
Our projects are spread all over the country, so multilingualism is an asset. NL/FR/EN (oral and written)
