We are on the lookout for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist intern to join our team.
**_What will you contribute to our team?_**
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist intern, you will assist in identifying and attracting the best talent to join our growing company. You will collaborate with hiring managers across various departments to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively.
Your work will be vital in helping us grow our team as we aim to expand from 110 to 140 employees within the year.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Support the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new hires
- Assist in creating engaging job descriptions and employer branding materials
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data accuracy
- Monitor recruitment metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
**Requirements**:
You are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You have a strong interest in recruitment and a passion for working in a technology-driven environment.
Experience in HR or recruitment, whether through internships or academic projects, is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Additional qualifications include:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with online recruiting platforms and social media for sourcing
- Proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
