Reporting to the HR Manager

Drafting and completing all administrative documents relating to the entry of employees: Workday profile creation and hire-in, employment contract, amendments, completing excel files

Drafting and completing all administrative documents relating to the departure of employees: departure documents, work certificate, employer attestation, etc. Sending letters or handing over deliveries.

Ensuring compliance with internal processes relating to the employee's life within the company, from recruitment to end of contract

Monitoring occupational medicine (registration, deregistration and link with finance for the invoices under the supervision of the HR Manager

Ensuring that employee absences are correctly entered into Workday

Be available to answer specific questions from operational staff

Carrying out some of the operations involved in preparing employee payrolls (creation of new employees, transmission of variable pay elements such as Pass Navigo, accommodation, etc.) to the HR Manager.

Monitoring temporary workforce requirements during the Olympic Games
