**Job Description**:
We are in the exciting stage of building our brand from the ground up, and this is your opportunity to be a part of something truly groundbreaking. As a brand ambassador, you will join us at the very beginning of this journey, where together, we will create innovative solutions, forge valuable partnerships, and make a lasting impact in the performative artindustry. **We are seeking for a passionate and motivated Brand Ambassador with expertise in venue and artist recruitment. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our network of venues and artists, thereby enhancing the event offerings on our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships, negotiate partnerships, and ensure a diverse and exciting range of events for our users.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Venue Recruitment**: Identify and establish partnerships with local venues, including restaurants, cafes, bars, theaters, and unique event spaces. Showcase the benefits of collaborating with Has-A and onboard them as event hosts

**Artist Recruitment**: Actively seek out talented and diverse artists, performers, musicians, DJs, and entertainers to enhance the event experiences on Has-A. Engage in talent scouting, attend local shows, and build relationships with artists and their representatives

**Relationship Management**: Cultivate strong and productive relationships with venue owners, event managers, and artists, serving as the main point of contact for their collaboration with Has-A. Provide ongoing support and ensure their satisfaction with the platform

**Support social content creation**: Provide your feedback to the Has-A team in the creation, translation and publication of social content in French language. As you know the local slang better than us, bring it in

**Promotion and Marketing**: Assist in promoting Has-A and its events through various channels, including social media, community forums, and local partnerships. Contribute creative ideas to enhance brand visibility and attract both venues and artists

**Feedback and Insights**: Act as a liaison between venues/artists and the Has-A team, gathering valuable feedback, insights, and suggestions for improving the platform's functionality and user experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in PR, venue recruitment, or artist booking is highly desirable
- Strong network and connections within the local event industry, including venues, event managers, artists, and performers is a big plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport and secure successful partnerships
- Passion for the arts, entertainment, and discovering new events and experiences
- Familiarity with digital platforms and social media for both content creation and promotion purposes is preferred
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive results.

Languages:

- Native/Professional level of French
- Ability to fluently communicate in English and build up relationship within an international team

This trial period allows us to ensure that both parties are aligned in their goals and vision for the future.**
