Notre Client, une société de services spécialisée dans le contrôle et les due diligences, est implantée dans une dizaine de pays (Mexique, en Suisse, Tunisie, Maroc, Bulgarie, Inde, Royaume-Uni, Etats-Unis, Singapour, et au Vietnam).

Dans un contexte de croissance de l’entreprise, elle recherche pour son siège à Paris un FP&A Manager

Sous la responsabilité du CFO, dans un contexte de croissance internationale (10 pays à ce jour), vous mettez en place le cycle FP&A et pérennisez opérationnellement le contrôle de la gestion financière de l'entreprise.

**Vos missions en lien avec nos équipes et prestataires externes**:

- Optimiser, revoir et animer le cycle FP&A.
- Définir les principales orientations des contrôles et indicateurs à mettre en place dans le cadre du reporting destiné au Comité Exécutif.
- Mettre en place, automatiser et améliorer les procédures de gestion afin d’optimiser les flux d'information financière tout en garantissant leurs fiabilités.
- Rédiger les rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes internes et externes.
- Accompagner l’équipe de Data Analyst (3 personnes) à travers un apport méthodologique afin de fluidifier et fiabiliser l’information de gestion.
- Participer à la définition, la sélection et la mise en œuvre des outils nécessaires à l’optimisation et l’automatisation du cycle FP&A.

**Le profil**:
**Qualifications requises pour votre développement professionnel au sein de nos équipes**:

- Diplômé(e) d’un Bac+5 en Contrôle de Gestion, Comptabilité-Contrôle
- Audit ;
- Expérience de minimum 5 ans sur un poste similaire, dans un environnement international. Une expérience en Transactional Services ou Audit serait un plus ;
- Vos langues de travail sont le Français et l'Anglais ;
