- Evaluate the health status of the persons cared for and analyze the care situations
- Design and define personalized care projects
- Plan, provide and evaluate care
- Implement treatments
- Manage and update the person's care records
- Follow protocols, prescriptions and periodic visits
- Manage relationships with medical and paramedical teams
- Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Communicate effectively with families
- Be an integral part of the care network and play an active role in it
- Manage the pharmacy and stock small medical supplies
