The CFO is part of the Leadership Team of the entity and reports directly to the General Manager of Biospringer EMEA and functionally to the CFO of the Global Business Unit.

The CFO is responsible for the overall administration of financial & IT management for the company. She/He leads a team of 20 persons organized in 3 main departments Accounting, Controlling & IT.

As Business partner the CFO contributes to and supports the strategy and key decision making.

Her/his main responsibilities are:

- Oversight of all key reporting, including delivery of all reporting, providing explanations and business solutions to help mitigate the risks.
- Partner with Sales, Production and other departments in determining financial impact due to product cost reductions, etc. and prepare periodic forecasts to update management on projected results.
- Ensure in cooperation with other LT members the correct working capital management and follow the main capex of the plant.
- Lead the relationship with financial auditors, tax or other consultants
- Manage the financial planning for the organization as a whole, overseeing the annual budgeting
- Identifying key financial risks across the organization
- Participate to the SAP S4Hana migration & SAP Coremodel ERP implementation
- Ensure the foundation is in compliance with all internal policies and relevant regulations and ensure filings are completed in a timely manner
- Lead Corporate process, prepare Board of Directors, Financial statements approval, resolution,
- Lead IT function and team in all its activities

**Qualifications**:
Master Degree (Bac+5) type of business school or Master Finance/Management, you have acquired a minimum of 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a similar position.
Recognized for your leadership, you put your analytical and management skills at the service of the company’s overall vision.
Your communication and management skills allow you to adapt to any type of contact. Naturally oriented towards continuous improvement, you are particularly motivated by projects to support change.
