We are hiring a Senior Staff Clinical Software Engineer to join our team in a permanent position with excellent workplace flexibility.

**What you will do**:

- Lead UI/UX development efforts by ensuring alignment with Stryker Product Look and Feel,
- Be involved in technical choices definition,
- Independently make design tradeoff decisions while designing multiple components of the system,
- Ensure on-schedule delivery of high-quality products that meet technical requirements,

**What you will need**:

- Master's degree in software engineering / computer science or related discipline,
- 6+ years of work experience in software development field,
- Strong experience in C++ development using libraries for image processing, mesh processing and 3D visualization,
- Strong experience in UI/UX development using frameworks as Qt,
- Experience in software architecture definition,
- Experience in software platform development from proof of concept to high quality product,
- Knowledge of agile software principles and software development life cycle in a domain with strong regulatory constraints,
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Experience in web-based development using WASM or similar technologies would be appreciated,
- Experience in WebGL development would be appreciated,
- Experience in medical software development would be appreciated.
