Creaform - Repair Technician

- Diagnose problems upon return of a customer unit;
- Evaluate repairs to be made and provide information to Customer Service prior to quotation;
- Carry out product repairs, calibrations and tests according to established procedures and standards;
- Participate in product improvement by raising any irregularities with Customer Service and R&D;
- Prepare customer orders for systems and accessories (RMA).**You have the desired profile if you**:

- BAC+2 in mechanics and/or electronics
- Good knowledge of IT tools (Office365)
- Professional command of spoken and written French and English
- Responsible, autonomous and punctual
- Quality-conscious
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Open-minded
- meticulous and conscientious

- Have any level of knowledge of English;
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in the electronics field;
