Vous travaillerez avec des équipes très performantes pour construire une plateforme commune qui alimente plusieurs marques et nous aide à devenir la solution de choix pour tout ce qui concerne l'immobilier.

Les développeurs jouent un rôle clé dans l'amélioration de l'expérience d'achat de domicile de nos clients en utilisant une combinaison de logiciels open source, de solutions cloud et d'approches axées sur les données pour élaborer des solutions innovantes.

Description du poste

Nous recherchons un **Développeur Front-End React** **Senior** pour rejoindre les équipes chargées des relations entre vendeur et agent au sein de l’entité **Owner** du groupe.

Les équipes du domaine Owner du groupe AVIV **conçoit, développe et maintient des solutions** aidant les propriétaires à comprendre le marché immobilier, la valeur de leurs biens et à les mettre en relation avec les meilleurs professionnels pour faire de leur projet une réussite.

Pour de nombreux propriétaires, leur bien est le bien le plus précieux qu'ils détiennent, il est souvent chargé de souvenirs et possède une forte valeur affective, ce qui fait de toute transaction un événement fortement chargé en émotion.

Notre mission est de fournir aux propriétaires les informations les plus récentes et les plus transparentes sur les prix et les professionnels de l'immobilier afin qu'ils puissent être plus sereins dans la gestion et la commercialisation de leur bien.

Nous tirons parti de nos données, de notre analyse scientifique interne du marché et de nos pratiques en matière de produits et de technologie pour fournir des produits de qualité pertinents aux propriétaires immobiliers

**Vos responsabilités**
- Contribuer à l'ensemble du cycle de conception et de développement de nos outils (réflexion sur les fonctionnalités, architecture, développement, déploiement).
- Développer notre site web public (plus de 2 millions de visiteurs).
- Développer un logiciel SaaS pour les agences immobilières.
- Amélioration continue des outils pour accompagner la croissance (automatisation, intégration continue, tests automatisés, monitoring...).

Votre stack technologique comprendra : React, Next.js, Redux, SWR, TypeScript, Mapbox GL, Vite, Sass, Jinja2, Vanilla Javascript, Cypress, AWS.

**Qualifications**:

- Vous travaillez en autonomie et avec rigueur. Vous avez une approche pragmatique des choses et considérez que “Done is better than perfect”. Vous avez une aisance relationnelle au sein d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire. Vous faites naturellement appel à vos pairs lorsque le besoin se fait sentir. Vous êtes avide et capable d’apprendre rapidement,
- Vous avez une sensibilité pour la qualité d’affichage et l’expérience utilisateur sur tous supports de navigation (responsive, vitesse, optimisation, SEO, etc ). Vous avez une empathie à l’utilisateur, quel qu’il soit et savez appréhender les problématiques techniques et métiers d’un site grand public,
- Bonus : des connaissances en Python, NodeJS ou AWS/GCP seraient très appréciées, sans être indispensables.
