We are looking for an experienced** Project Contract Manager M/F**, based in Belfort (90), one of our manufacturing site for locomotives and high-speed trains' power cars, for our Services Projects in France - maintenance, modernisation, parts & repairs and support.
Your main responsibilities:
As a Project Contract Manager (PrCM), you report to the Head of Contract Management France.
You are a key member of the project team, working in close collaboration with the Project Manager and the core project team.
- You provide** guidance and leadership to develop, implement, and drive proactive contract/claim management and risk mitigation strategies** in accordance with Alstom’s business objectives; including extensions of time (EoTs), variations orders, contract amendments.
- You ensure **proper record keeping and file preparation in support of robust claim files.**
Your profile:
- Educational requirement : An Engineering degree or a degree in the technical field or in economics/business sciences/lawyer
- Experience **:Minimum of 3-4 years of Contract / Claim Management experience in the manufacturing/construction or energy industry** and some solid experience in project management or within a legal department
- Language : English (mandatory)
- Competencies & skills : Contract interpretation and drafting, problem solving, accountability, creativity, communication.
Due to the scope of the Services projects in France, you must be able to travel up to 20-30% of the working time.
