As an **Accounting & Logistics Specialist** in Sector Alarm, you will join a team of highly skilled colleagues to support the delivery of Financial & Operational KPIs. This is a permanent, full-time position reporting to the Group Business Manager.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Monthly financial reporting of Sector Alarm Holland B.V. to the Group Finance team.
- Monthly reporting of VAT, reconciliation of balance accounts, invoicing stock & freight to the operating Sector Alarm entities.
- Creating purchase orders, Invoice handling & remittance/payments of vendor accounts.
- Annual financial reporting, contact with external consultants/auditors & group accountants.
- Communication with our main Warehouse & Sector alarm entities, maintaining inbound & outbound stock.
- Support the Sector Alarm Group in processes such as forecasting & purchase of equipment, RMA handling, stock monitoring and transportation of goods.
- Maintaining statistics & KPI's and other ad hoc work.
- Contribute to analyzing requirements, design policies, and implement solutions to further improve the supply chain in the Sector Alarm Group.
**Your qualifications**:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting.
- 2 years of experience in an operational role within finance/accounting.
- Proficiency in English.

- Relevant background within logistics/supply chain.
- Experience working with Microsoft dynamics, Basware Alusta & Anaplan.
