**Vision of ARQUID within IPS**

Arquid Is the architectural service provider (excellence center), of Group IPS. We are working in all corporate customers and Each country will develop architecture for the different GROUP IPS sectors in time.

Over the years, this combination of conceptual (architecture) and analytical (engineering) thinking has enriched our way of working, adding unique qualities to our projects and processes, allowing ARQUID to offer a high-quality architecture that uses the exhaustive method of Project Management as an added value.

As an employee of ARQUID, the profile will actively participate in a wide range of projects, from small improvements and renovations to large industrial investments. This will include multiple phases such as:

Strategic Consulting**: Master planning, Technical Due Diligences, Investment analysis,
- ** Project feasibility**: Process description, Plant layout, Overall Time Schedule, Budget, Procurement Strategy.
- ** Project preparation phase**: Basic engineering, permitting, and procurement.
- ** Project realization phase**: Project Construction Management; Detailed engineering, and Commissioning management.

Intermediate ARCHITECT PROFILE**

We are currently looking for an **Architect** based in France, with English as a mandatory language + French and a 3rd one, better German or Spanish will be nice to have.

The company is strongly betting on its development and would like to integrate talented new people in the spirit of growing the company.

**Requirements**:
**Profile**:

- _
Architect master’s degree_
- _ Minimum Experience of 3-6 years, with proven experience in possible sectors such as Housing, logistics, retail or offices, public competitions, etc._
- _ Special interest in design, contests, and quality supervision, with a high level of perfectionism._
- _ Available to develop a client relationship or willing to learn and become responsible for current and future accounts._
- _ The architect will help with the business development of Arquid, preparing prospective clients' presentations, quotations, and other aspects aligned with the current team at the office._
- _ Excellent graphical skills, the highest scores in design disciplines, and BIM experience are a must._
- _ Speaking fluently French and English, a third Spanish or_ _German is an extra value.
