**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled **Service Technician** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing service work on **Permobil** products, addressing customers' and users' technical service needs, and managing and maintaining our spare parts warehouse. Your expertise will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and product performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform services, repairs, and maintenance on the entire **Permobil** Product Portfolio.
- Assess and execute warranty repairs.
- Handle customer requests and manage technical complaints and feedback with solution-based approaches.
- Prepare service quotes and invoices.
- Promote sales by explaining the value of **Permobil**’s parts and products to customers and users.
- Maintain the spare parts warehouse, including ordering and returning parts as needed.
- Provide technical assistance via phone and/or in the field to customers and end-users.
- Plan and deliver technical product training both internally and externally.
- Ensure accurate service documentation and manage warehouse transactions.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- High school diploma in a technical field (e.g., mechanical/electrical engineering or mechatronics) or comparable technical apprentice education.
- B driving license.
- Relevant local certifications.
- In-depth knowledge of spare parts and products.
- Strong technical and practical understanding of electrical and mechanical engineering.
- Customer and user-focused with a commercial mindset.
- Ability to define problems, suggest and implement solutions, and communicate these solutions to key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and remain flexible and open-minded.
- Passionate about providing empathetic customer service.
- Effective team player with strong communication skills in English.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical service/support or a similar role.
