**Market Analysis**:

- Thanks to the market segmentation provided by the High Viscosity business developer (HV BDS), size the markets, their dynamics, evolution trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Systematic building of competition knowledge.

**Existing Product, Solutions & Services Management**:

- Make the inventory of the existing product range and special-design machines. Define with the support of the HV BDS & sales experts the additional products needed as well as the products upgrade.
- Rationalize the ranges, manage the corrections, improvements, and the end of life.
- Manage the product data on the future PIM (Product Information management system) that will feed catalogues, web site products and solutions pages, and products’ configurators.
- Monthly follow-up of sales performance. Understand the successes and difficulties, launch corrective actions through the Business Development teams.
- Work on pricing over time according to performance and competition in conjunction with the sales teams.

**New Products, Solutions & Services Management**:

- Develop a vision for its range, a 3-year road map and a quantified ambition.
- Be the entry point for all developments: Ensure that Automotive developments are consistent with the current range and the needs of other markets.
- Manage the special-purpose solutions led by the Engineering Department:

- Business Development Specialist and Sales team technical support
- Case-by-case solution building and custom solution pricing
- Specify the new products dedicated to General Industry or their evolution taking into consideration the Automotive-related developments.
- Market analysis, collection of business development specialist and sales representatives' expectations
- Write the specifications of the prioritized missing products. Description of the objectives of the new offer, its market positioning, functional needs, Unique Selling Points, price level and expected sales quantities.
- Anticipated impact on current product lines
- Contribute to the development process led by R&D
- Arbitration Marketing - Technical
- Drive alpha tests and beta tests
- Steering planning and internal communication to stakeholders
- Steer the launch process with the help of Supply, Communication, Business Development and Sales.

**Experience**

Initial technical project management or product manager experience in the field of industrial special-purpose machinery or integration of production facilities.

**Profile**
- A very good listener, analytical and synthetic profile, able to build a vision and a long term plan
- A person capable of leading teams in cross-functional and functional relationships
- A good technical level, good synthesis and writing skills.
- An international culture
- High schools, Master’s or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent education and experience
- English & French mandatory
- German would be an advantage.

- Stains (Paris, France) with 20% traveling
- Up to 2 days per week home office
