- Description
- En tant que vendeur UGG, vous créez des expériences d'achat personnalisées pour nos clients afin de les fidéliser à la marque. Vous comprenez l'importance de modeler notre programme de formation au service et vous accueillez les clients rapidement et avec courtoisie lorsqu'ils entrent dans le magasin. Vous veillez à ce que toutes les questions des clients soient traitées avec précision et à ce qu'une réponse leur soit apportée avant qu'ils ne quittent le magasin. Vous fournissez un service exceptionnel du début à la fin, y compris en communiquant efficacement notre politique de retour. Vous maintenez une attitude positive et joyeuse avec les clients et les membres de l'équipe et vous faites la promotion du magasin et de l'image de marque dans toutes vos interactions, y compris en respectant un code vestimentaire. Vous offrez un service à la clientèle exceptionnel aux clients en magasin et à ceux qui vous appellent au téléphone.

Summary
- Our Sales Associates are critical to the success of our stores. As a Sales Associate, it’s your job to create the best possible customer experience. It’s your job to listen to each customer and offer recommendations and current product knowledge in response to their needs. You also know how to communicate the UGG brand’s sustainability initiatives and social and ethical commitments to our customers while sharing your love and passion for our products. As a Sales Associate, you operate as part of dynamic team and you cooperate to achieve business goals.

- As an UGG Sales Associate, you create personalized shopping experiences for our customers that drive brand loyalty. You understand the importance our modeling our Service Training Program and you greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
