**MISSIONS**

En qualité de V&V Leader (M/F), vous intégrerez le département Telecom & Framework et serez rattaché(e) au Responsable du Programme.

Vous assurez un rôle pilier au sein de l’organisation car vous intervenez tout au long du cycle en V, de la phase amont de capture des besoins du client jusqu’à l’intégration avec le client. Vous aurez la responsabilité de mettre en place et piloter les activités de Vérification et Validation du programme. Vous travaillerez sur un nouveau projet de développement logiciel et vous participerez activement à la mise en place de ce projet.

A ce titre, vos missions principales seront les suivantes:

- Définir la stratégie globale de V&V : plan, stratégie, objectifs et moyens de test,
- Participer à la spécification et à la conception des moyens d’intégration et test, et réaliser le développement de ces moyens (banc de test, outils d'enregistrement, logiciels de simulation, CI/CD )
- Générer les rapports de tests et la documentation de validation
- Réaliser les activités d’analyses pour identifier et préciser les anomalies détectées
- Assurer une interface technique avec les autres métiers, notamment avec le métier du système et du logiciel
- Lorsqu’il y a un enjeu Safety, partager et justifier les résultats avec le responsable Safety pour alimenter la démonstration de la sécurité
- Apporter du support aux utilisateurs du produit

**PROFIL RECHERCHE**

Diplômé(e) (M/F) d’une école d’ingénieur, vous possédez une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine du développement logiciel embarqué.

Vous possédez une solide expérience en Vérification & Validation du logiciel : de la définition de la stratégie de tests jusqu’au déroulement des tests, tout en incluant le respect du process et de la documentation associée.

Vous savez travailler en équipe dans un environnement multidisciplinaire et multiculturel et vous savez vous adapter rapidement dans un environnement innovant évoluant rapidement.

Votre leadership vous permet de faire avancer vos idées et d'inspirer les personnes avec qui vous serez en interface.

Vous avez le sens des responsabilités et de la transparence et savez ainsi communiquer de façon précise, claire et synthétique.

Rigueur, Dynamisme, enthousiasme et être force de propositions sont des atouts clés pour réussir dans cette fonction

Un niveau d'Anglais courant est indispensable.
