Descriptif du poste
- Assurer l’interface avec les occupants du bâtiment
- Contrôler l’état des installations et suivre les prestations réalisées
- Vérifier la bonne exploitation et maintenance des installations
- Suivre les levées de réserves suite aux contrôles réglementaires
- Tenir à jour les carnets sanitaires, les registres de sécurité et les carnets d’entretien : chaufferie, ascenseurs,...
- Etablir le constat sur l’état général et fonctionnel des installations techniques
- Contrôler les travaux de modification réalisés
- Contrôler l’état de l’environnement immédiat des installations (salissures, dégradations, etc.)
- Suivre les contrôles liés aux analyses d’eau des réseaux de chauffage de la part du prestataire
- Emettre des avis et des préconisations concernant le remplacement de matériels
- Suivre les carnets d’entretien des ouvrages et installations techniques, livrets de chaufferie
- Rédiger les comptes-rendus d’intervention du prestataire
- Contrôler le respect du planning d’entretien
- Garantir la mise à jour des données recueillies (historiques, compteurs,)

Profil recherché

De formation supérieure BAC+ 5 Cycle Ingénieur.e ou équivalent, vous avez une expérience réussie dans un poste similaire.
Doté.e d'un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre capacité à anticiper et votre adaptabilité.
Motivé.e, vous avez le goût du challenge et appréciez le contact avec le terrain et les clients.
Ce poste nécessite des déplacements auprès de vos clients.
