**Vos missions**:
Par sa filiale Eiffage Metal UK Ltd, Eiffage Métal intervient également sur le chantier d’installation de 5 viaducs en Angleterre sur le tracé HS2, de ligne ferroviaire haute vitesse entre Londres et Birmingham. Ce projet technique s’inscrit dans la volonté de développement à l’international du groupe. Eiffage Métal UK recrute ainsi un/une **:site Foreman**

The Site Foreman is responsible for the successful completion of the site activities entrusted to him/her. He/she coordinates all the work and teams under his/her responsibility, in constant contact with the Site Agent, Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager and Project Manager.
- To plan and conduct specific site inductions and task briefings for all operatives arriving on site,
- To participate in the choice of methods and resources to be used to achieve the objectives in terms of safety and quality, as well as costs and deadlines,
- Where applicable, to suggest any changes in these methods and resources that he/she deems necessary in view of the objectives sought,
- To ensure the allocation and monitoring of work tasks on a daily basis,
- To ensure the conformity of the equipment at his/her disposal (condition - calibration - maintenance, regulatory inspections),
- To ensure company’s policies are implemented on site including Health and Safety, Quality, etc.
- To instruct the team and ensure that they are followed thoroughly,
- To identify all plants and materials received to site by checking conformity against packing list and all other relevant documents.
- To ensure that the latest revision of all site documents such as Drawings, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Quality documents and ITPs are made available to the workforce,
- To monitor and maintain the ITPs up-to date in all times during the progress of the works by signing off witness points and hold points.
- To ensure the welding procedures are followed, monitor welders certifications and check compliance of all welding material certificates,
- To ensure that the equipment handling operations are compliant with the procedures during assembly,
- To ensure non-conformity reports are developed when necessary and propose solutions,
- To implement approved solutions to non-conformance records,
- To notify and report to the Site Agent any change request from the client,
- To participate in site coordination meetings with other stakeholders,
- To keep a daily site record archiving all the important events of the day,
- To produce the manpower assessment
- You are responsible for your own health and safety while at work and for the safety of any other person who may be affected by your acts or omissions. You are responsible for:
- Complying with the requirements of the Company’s Policy Statements.
- Complying with the detailed responsibilities as set out within the Company’s Business Management System.

Location : North Chilterns Area to Greatworth, United Kingdom

**Votre profil**:
EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

- NVQ Level 3
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in steel bridgework construction sites
- SMSTS or SSSTS scheme
- CSCS Card Holder (or affiliated scheme)
- CPCS Forklift (A16 or A17 or A77), Appointed Person (A61), Lifting Supervisor (A62), Slinger/Signaller (A40)
- IPAF (or equivalent scheme)
- Full Driving Licence
- Organisational Skills
- Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication and engagement skills
- English speaking (Basic French is a plus)
