**Votre rôle**
Within the Global Marketing & Sustainability department of our division Cosmetic Ingredients (CI), you will manage the following topics:
**Data Management & documentation**
- Identify, consolidate and analyse internal environmental and social data within the different departments of Cosmetic Ingredients division and Symrise
- Propose smooth and agile ways to manage and update those data for the CI division
- Carry out Life Cycle Assessment of our key ingredients, using available information and closing the gaps by collecting bibliographic data. Propose actions to reduce our environmental footprint
- Establish & deploy the environmental management documentation system of the CI division
- Challenge our practices with an external analysis and benchmark of the beauty industry value chain.

**Raising awareness**:

- Develop a training course about environmental impact and Life Cycle Analysis for a business community
- Participate in activities designed to increase the knowledge and skills of employees of the Cosmetic Ingredients division

**Votre profil**
You are enrolled in a scientific Environment/Sustainable Development program at an engineering school or university. You are looking for an apprenticeship of 2 years.

You are fluent in English.

You have strong knowledge in sustainability, especially in LCA.

You feel at ease with digital tools like Excel.

You are agile and able to adapt yourself to different type of collaborators.

You are seen as a structured person, with a strong sense of organization and good communication skills.
