**Introduction**:
Dashlane is looking to hire a React specialist that can join our Web Platform team and act as a bridge with our UX team. You will be a joining our web community at Dashlane with the mission to improve the frontend experience for both our customers and developers.

**Location**:
You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with Tuesday being the company day, where we all collaborate in the office and have a company-sponsored meal, a department day for team bonding (will be Thursday for your department), and a third day at your choice. We offer relocation support (national and international).

**At Dashlane you will**:

- Work very closely with web engineers and designers in a highly collaborative environment
- Become an active voice of the UX Architecture Group,
- Bring the long-term product vision to life by prototyping and testing UX patterns ahead of other engineers
- Play an active role in the Platform Engineering domain, contributing your expertise and ideas to shape the future of our web platform, with a particular focus on frontend engineering practices
- Contribute to the evolution of our design system
- Improve the performance of our frontend and make it adaptable to evolving business requirements and technical challenges
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to frontend best practices and coding standards
- Drive initiatives to improve engineering processes, code quality, and overall system reliability
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Assess and implement new tools and practices that can positively impact our frontend engineering practices
- Lead by example, promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and excellence within the engineering organization

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience working with React and JavaScript/TypeScript in SaaS environments
- 2+ years of experience driving the evolution and adoption of a design system
- Strong understanding of front-end architecture and best practices, including component libraries, design systems, and responsive design
- Experience working closely with UX/UI teams, turning designs into high-quality, performant code
- Deep understanding of web accessibility standards, including WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications), and other relevant guidelines
- Familiarity with W3C standards on design tokens
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English

- You are metrics-driven and have a keen interest in web developer experience
- Easily build relationships with the different players in the tech area, at different levels of the organization
- Track record of building and maintaining web products used by millions of users
- You approach all your work with systems and scalability in mind
