**Descriptif du poste**
**CONTEXT**
The mission will take place within the framework of the project for implementing "Trade surveillance" tools related to market abuse and will involve assisting the project team on functional aspects.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Solid experience in compliance/regulatory contexts
- A good understanding of market abuse regulations and behaviors will be advantageous
- Practical knowledge of Python is necessary for handling large datasets
- Experience in operational risk management, review, or similar roles, such as risk control, is a plus
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Knowledge of market abuse regulations: MAR (Market Abuse Regulation), MIFID2
- Products: derivatives, FX, rates (govies, derivatives), credit (financial instruments)
- Market data, pre and post-trade processes
- Ability to prepare precise test scripts (reference data, market data, order, and transaction data)
- Strong experience in data manipulation in capital markets
- Fluent in English (will be tested during the interview)
**PREFERRED**
- Experience in implementing detection logic/models for market abuse (e.g., internal systems, Actimize) and/or user interface implementation
- Strong experience in defining business requirements around market abuse behaviors/models
- Knowledge of trading platform environments
- Knowledge of compliance regulations
