**About the role**:
Au sein de la Direction Produits d'Orange France Digital Services, l'activité Messaging a pour mission d'offrir à ses clients et à leurs contacts la capacité d'échanger des messages le plus rapidement possible par le canal le mieux adapté ; nous nous appuyons sur notre excellence technologique pour tirer profit de l'évolution des différents canaux de communication dans le respect des plus hautes exigences éthiques.
Pour appuyer le développement de cette gamme de Produits, nous créons le poste de Engineering Manager. Au coeur de l'activité Messaging, vous piloterez la réalisation de la solution en tant que Engineering Manager et vous seconderez le Manager dans la gestion du centre de compétences embarquant des Développeurs, Product Owner, Ingénieurs système, Experts techniques et fonctionnels, Responsable Service Client.
A ce titre, rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au responsable de la ligne Produits Messaging, vous aurez la charge de:
- Piloter les projets de création ou d'évolution inscrits dans la roadmap et les coûts, périmètre, qualité, planning associés et dans le respect des processus de l'entreprise;
- Animer et coordonner l'équipe technique qui assure la gestion de l'infrastructure, le maintien en conditions opérationnelles (MCO) et de sécurité (MCS) et la garantie de la préservation des données personnelles (RGPD) sur les solutions, produits du périmètre tout en vous assurant de la bonne satisfaction des clients ;
- Contribuer avec l'équipe produit à l'élaboration de la feuille de route qui permettra de faire évoluer les produits pour s'adapter au mieux aux besoins de nos clients, aux évolutions du marché et à la concurrence ;
- Garantir la capitalisation des savoir-faire sur votre périmètre et au-delà et veiller à la montée en compétence ;
- Assurer le suivi de carrière d'une partie de cette équipe et être un acteur clef de la validation des recrutements ;
- Négocier et veiller au respect des engagements des fournisseurs et sous-traitants ;
- Contribuer aux réponses à appels d'offres avec les équipes commerciales et avant-vente.
**About you**:
Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation supérieure d'ingénieur et vous justifiez d'une bonne expérience (5 ans minimum) sur un poste similaire.
Votre entourage professionnel vous désigne comme un leader naturel. Vous pilotez vos équipes, en créant un état d'esprit collectif afin d'atteindre les objectifs techniques, budgétaires, qualité et de planning, tout cela dans le respect des femmes et des hommes qui composent votre équipe.
De nature curieuse et ouverte, vous êtes enthousiaste pour vous investir dans le domaine de la digitalisation dans un contexte moderne, dynamique et opérationnel tourné vers la performance, l'agilité et la philosophie devOps (agile/XP, devOps, Lean, Cloud Native Apps...)
Vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais à l'écrit, comme à l'oral.
Vous apportez votre Expérience/Expertise:
- Une expérience solide en pilotage de projets de développement cloud et/ou d'infrastructure,
- Une bonne compréhension et une réelle pratique de la dynamique des projets menés en mode agile/devops,
- Un souci constant de la performance et une aptitude aigüe à comprendre l'écosystème complexe d'un produit tout en ayant une attention permanente pour le bien-être de votre équipe.
Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie en Management et assurez:
- La gestion de carrière, gestion administrative, entretiens annuels de membres de l'équipe,
- La collaboration avec la Direction des Ressources Humaines sur les besoins en recrutement, le respect de la politique RH humaine et engagée du Groupe Orange Business Services au service du « Bien-être » au travail.
