The school is deeply committed to research, with a dynamic and active faculty of 110 permanent faculty members, distributed across 5 teaching and research departments. Excelia focuses on **3 interdisciplinary research areas: Sustainable Development and CSR, Tourism Management, and Agility, Innovation, and Digitalization (AID).**

Since 1999, the group has integrated **sustainable development as a strategic pillar** of its research and teaching activities. The school conducts research with high societal value, notably through its institute dedicated to CSR, the **IRSI (Institute for Social Responsibility through Innovation)**. IRSI has set three objectives: Contribute to the development of research in management sciences on CSR and sustainable development; Advance CSR through organizational support and student training; and Evolve frameworks related to social responsibility.

The **Strategy/Entrepreneurship/Economics & Sustainable Development Department** is recruiting an **Assistant or Associate Professor in Economics **starting ideally on **January 1, 2025.**

Ability to teach **ethics or CSR** will be appreciated.
This position is primarily based at the Paris-Cachan campus, though occasional travel between campuses (Tours, Orléans, La Rochelle) will be required.

**Profile/Required Skills**

Desire to actively engage in all areas of Faculty life is expected and depending on the profile, opportunities for administrative responsibilities (such as managing an MSc) can be offered.
