**Stage Junior Digital Strategy Lead - H/F - 6 mois**
Ce stage basé à Nanterre est à pourvoir pour une durée de 6 mois à compter de janvier 2023.
**Concrètement votre quotidien ?**:
- Participation à la réflexion et à la définition des axes de la stratégie digitale de BNP Paribas Asset Management,
- Support sur les projets blockchain et AI (étude de marché, veille concurrentielle etc.),
- Participation à l'animation de la communauté Blockchain,
- Aide à la mise à jour des tableaux de bord "BNPP AM Digital KPI Dashboards",
- Participation et rédaction dès les minutes des comités stratégiques tenus par l'équipe de Stratégie Digitale.
**Les missions c’est important, l’équipe et l’environnement aussi **:
Vous travaillerez directement avec les Project Managers de l'équipe Digtial Strategy de BNP Paribas Asset Management. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement commercial digital, les products owners et les data scientists. Cette mission donne l'opportunité d'appréhender le métier de l'Asset Management dans son ensemble et comment le transformer avec la technologie, puisqu'il s'agit d'une mission transversale (nous travaillons littéralement avec toutes les fonctions et métiers de BNP Paribas Asset Management (des équipes d'investissement, des ventes, de stratégie, de l'IT, des fonctions support, et, aussi bien avec le management que les équipes opérationnelles).
Le poste vous donnera une vue à 360° de l'entreprise et l'opportunité de travailler sur des opportunités de business tournées vers l'avenir (blockchain et IA).

Ce stage vous permettra de développer des connaissances tant dans le domaine financier et plus précisément de l'Asset Management que dans les nouvelles technologies telles que la blockchain ou l'intelligence artificielle.
**Et la rémunération ?**:
Elle sera abordée à l’issue de votre parcours de recrutement. Elle dépend de votre formation et de votre niveau d'études.

**Etes-vous notre prochain(e) Stagiaire Junior Digital Strategy Lead ?**:
Vous préparez un diplôme en BAC+4/5 reconnu RNCP en école de commerce ou ingénieur avec une spécialisation en Management / Gestion de projet / ou en Digital / Informatique.
Votre niveau en Anglais est Avancé.
Vous avez des connaissances en culture digitale, Blockchain, Robotiques et Intelligence Artificielle, Fintech ou Assurtech, Analyse financière et de la performance, Règles et normes.
Et vous maitrisez le Pack Office.
De plus votre adaptabilité, votre capacité à collaborer et communiquer tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela un bon sens de l'organisation, de l'analyse et de la rigueur pour finir de nous convaincre.
