- **Responsable Ethique et Conformité **(f/h)
**VOTRE CHALLENGE**
Au sein de l’équipe de Valérie, Directrice Juridique Groupe, et dans le cadre d’une création de poste, vous apportez votre expertise afin de faire progresser le déploiement des dispositifs de compliance en France et à l’international.
Les activités suivantes viennent rythmer votre quotidien, avec au cœur de votre activité la cartographie des risques et la priorisation des plans d’actions:
- Déploiement du programme anti-corruption SAPIN 2,
- Gestion du dispositif lanceur d’alerte et animation du comité éthique,
- Mise en œuvre des obligations liées au devoir de vigilance,
- Accompagnement des équipes finances pour les obligations LCB-FT et sanctions internationales,
- Actions de formation et de communication auprès des collaborateurs du groupe:
- Sensibilisation et formation des collaborateurs les plus exposés aux risques,
- Contribution à la diffusion d'une culture de conformité au sein du groupe.

**QUI ETES-VOUS ?**
De formation supérieure dans le domaine du droit ou de l’audit, vous bénéficiez d’une expérience confirmée acquise idéalement en entreprise ou en cabinet de conseil.
Dans le cadre de votre parcours, vous avez impérativement déjà été amené à déployer le programme SAPIN 2.
La pratique courante de l’anglais à l’oral comme à l’écrit est indispensable afin de pouvoir communiquer avec les filiales à l’international.
Votre capacité d’analyse et de discernement vous permettra de mesurer les risques et prioriser les plans d’actions.
Vous savez collaborer en transverse avec des interlocuteurs variés et stimuler la contribution collective. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à communiquer, faire adhérer et à créer du lien avec les équipes.
**REJOIGNEZ-NOUS **
Rattaché à la Direction Juridique Groupe, vous intégrez une équipe de 9 personnes, au sein de laquelle vous apportez votre expertise sur les règles éthiques et conformité.
Vous travaillez en proximité avec l’équipe et en interaction très régulière avec les Directions RSE, Financière et Achats.
Dans le cadre d’une création de poste, vous structurez vos missions et vous nous faites bénéficier de votre expérience.
