**About the role**

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Investor Relations Specialist to join our team, focusing on effective communication with our investor base, managing investor outreach, and presenting our company's financial performance and strategies.

**What you’ll do**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy to maintain and improve the company's reputation in the investment community
- Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to potential investors, including arranging introductions and meetings with key stakeholders
- Prepare and present financial information, such as earnings releases, annual reports, and presentations, in a clear and accurate manner
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial analysts, and other stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to inform company strategy
- Act as a liaison between the company's senior management and the investment community, ensuring timely and accurate communication of relevant information
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as finance, legal, and public relations, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in investor relations
- Coordinate and manage investor events, such as webinars, conference calls, and in-person meetings

**About you**
- 2+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and present it in a clear and concise manner
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with investors and other stakeholders
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and data scrapping
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
