Amérique du Nord.
SCOR P&C propose à ses clients (assureurs, grandes entreprises) un éventail complet d’outils de gestion
des risques, spécifiques aux besoins de chaque secteur économique - agriculture, aviation, spatial, crédit
- caution, ingénierie, construction, transport maritime, énergie etc

L‘équipe Stratégie et Développement assiste en premier lieu la direction générale P&C pour répondre aux
principaux changements structurels qui affectent l’industrie de la ré/assurance Property & Casualty:
environnement concurrentiel, taux, évolutions des prix et du coût des sinistres, révolution numérique,
changement climatique, « inflation sociale ».
Elle est responsable de l’élaboration du plan stratégique de la division et du suivi de son implémentation, de
la gestion de projets transverses, de la réalisation de mémos et présentations des enjeux de sujets
d’actualité pour informer les discussions du comité exécutif ou du comité d’administration. Elle participe également à l’évaluation d’opportunités de croissance interne ou externe (M&A) et à la communication
financière de la division à destination des analystes, investisseurs et agences de notations.
Intégrée au Chief of Staff Office et menée directement par la Chief of Staff du Directeur Général P&C,
l’équipe dispose d’une forte visibilité au sein de SCOR P&C et du groupe SCOR.

Sous la responsabilité des managers de l’équipe, vous bénéficierez d’une forte exposition aux
problématiques d’une direction générale et serez en prise directe avec les principaux événements du marché
de la réassurance et de SCOR P&C. Les activités précises sont évolutives et dépendront des priorités de la
direction générale ainsi que de vos points forts, mais elles seront centrées autour des axes suivants:

- Suivi de l’exécution du plan stratégique en collaboration avec l’équipe Group Corporate Finance.
- Campagnes de renouvellements commerciaux de réassurance de janvier et d’avril: analyse des
chiffres et construction de présentations et de notes de synthèses pour accompagner l’intervention
du Directeur Général auprès de la communauté des investisseurs et analystes financiers.
- Gestion de projets stratégiques et transverses.
- Veille concurrentielle et de marché pour alimenter la base de connaissance de l’équipe, analyses
spécifiques pour des parties prenantes internes (Relations Investisseurs, Souscription, Conformité,
etc.).
- Relations investisseurs : étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Investors Relations pour leur fournir les
éléments stratégiques et commerciaux concernant la division P&C. En particulier, préparation des
rencontres du management avec les agences de notation en mai et analyses spécifiques pour
répondre aux questions des analystes.
- Assister la direction générale P&C dans le cadre d’interventions internes et externes (conférences,
tables rondes, communications aux employés, etc.) : création de supports et préparations d’éléments
de contexte ou de réponses aux sujets abordés.

Dans le cadre d’une équipe restreinte, directement rattachée à la direction générale, ces travaux exigent confidentialité, réactivité et rigueur analytique.
- Vous êtes issu d’une formation de premier plan, en grande école de commerce, d’ingénieurs, ou
université, dans le cadre d’une année de césure ou d’un stage de fin d’étude.
- La maîtrise de l’anglais à niveau avancé à l’écrit comme à l’oral est indispensable pour découvrir cet
environnement de travail international. La maîtrise du français est un plus.
- Vous évoluerez au sein d’une équipe restreinte sur des sujets variés et à forts enjeux - prise d’initiative et professionnalisme sont attendus.
- Une première expérience réussie dans un domaine analytique tel que l’equity research, la banque d’investissement ou un cabinet de conseil en stratégie est un plus.
