Created in 2014, Excelya is a people-centered Contract Research Organization (CRO) that excels with care.
We offer a personal and authentic experience within a young, ambitious health company on the path to becoming the clinical research leader in Europe thanks to our 800 Excelyates. Our unique one-stop provider service model - leveraging full-service, functional service provider and consulting - allows our Excelyates to evolve through a diverse array of projects. **The mission**:
You will be the face of the transformation, set the tone, spur enthusiasm, and challenge current wisdom
You Ignite passion and leverage efforts of a range of individual talents
You Lead the transformation of a healthcare business that will become THE leading player
The achievements we are looking for:
1. Create, design and structure the Transformation Department
a. Define its key internal objectives
b. Implement efficient methodologies and create a framework of tools to be used by the group
c. Design Key Standard Operating Procedures
d. Communicate internally to build a solid reputation and empower efficient collaboration
2. Challenge then structure and monitor the transformation projects
a. You will be integrated to the Executive Leadership team and act as the conductor of our development
b. You will drive the organization forward and hold accountable those responsible for daily actions
3. Innovate and create strategies to improve the management of our strategic projects and accelerate our development
**Minimum Requirements**:
You have a strong cross-functional background 10 years’ + - and an experience in consulting firms would be an asset. You have been managed key transformation / change management projects in international environments
You have been involved in a variety of different business situations within several international structures.
The capacity to be strategic but enjoy personal achievements and be hands-on
Be Highly Open Minded, pragmatic with significant attention to details
You are Ambitious for yourself and Excelya
You strive working collaboratively with the teams
You are fluent in English & French ; you are based ideally around Paris or accept to relocate here
