The Brand Activation Manager in collaboration with the Brand Strategy lead oversees guaranteeing brand strategy and vision understanding, by translating brand purpose into strategic positioning and execution of key brand territories, creating compelling guidelines cascadable to the entire brand ecosystem.

The Brand Activation Manager develops best in class brand activation materials in line with the media strategy, especially through Brand Campaigns and Personalized Communications to increase brand building and consideration as well as performance marketing.

The Brand Activation Manager supports and engages global teams (Advocates, Retails, Pox D2C, BExp teams) subsidiaries and Demand populations to have best in class brand activation and communication material creations, considering all brand audiences (customers / consumers).

**What are we looking for?**:

- Marketing / Communication master degree
- Experience in brand building
- Expert in project management
- Expert in developing and implementing media of digital 1st marketing campaigns/ activations
- Expert in creating impactful and effective communications
- Strategic thinker, understands how to leverage consumer insights and incorporate into action plans and campaigns.
- Previous experience in working with multi-national companies and is accustomed to work in a matrix and collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. (English required, French nice to have)

**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
**Brand Strategy definition and Implementation**
- Brand positioning & vision support (support brand strategy lead in definition of brand vision)
- Cascading of brand vision into the total brand ecosystem (omnichannel / accross key touchpoints)
- Brand territory positining & strategy definition (co-lead or lead : SOL, Breed, Weight) - Territory positioning/purpose/story and messaging
- Brand Messaging development (brand and territory levels) and cascading
- Help defining creative principles for each territory
- Cascading into the brand ecosystem (omnichannel / accross key touchpoints)

**Strategic Development in best-in-class brand activations (communications & executions)**
- Lead of brand campaign development following campaign development process integrating Media, R&D, Legal, Mkg property and internal client insights.
- Management and coordination of day-to-day Communication agency work (DDB)
- Deployment of campaign and activations to (regional/local) with support of business territory led when relevant.
- Development of most effective best in class communications (Dynamic creative optimization) - brand execution and messaging review/ new WoW definition
- Ensuring performance marketing of assets
- Cross-agency work facilitation and support in defining best WoW

**Demand community support in best-in-class brand activations**
- Guidance on perfect brand executions in different contexts (“pillar” activation material development, shop in shop, hero images, merchandising, design process for content, D2C activation, RC.Com,)
- Support on key brand activations to regions and Brand activation positions in markets
