Le site industriel de Notre-Dame-de-Gravenchon, en Haute-Normandie (76), comprend une raffinerie issue de l’intégration en 2002 des deux raffineries Esso et Mobil, une usine de lubrifiants et plusieurs unités pétrochimiques de la société ExxonMobil Chemical France. Il représente la plus importante plateforme intégrée du groupe ExxonMobil en Europe, dans une région accueillante pour les familles et jeunes embauchés (coût de la vie, zone industrielle dynamique, etc.).

**DESCRIPTION DU POSTE**:

Le poste est proposé par la société **ExxonMobil Chemical France**, au sein de la Direction Technique. Il est localisé sur la plateforme de **Notre-Dame-de-Gravenchon**, sur les unités de **pétrochimie**.


Cette position d'Ingénieur expérimenté ( manufacturing technical expert) est responsable de l’optimisation et de l’amélioration du procédé existant, l'ingénieur expérimenté est également le référent technique de l'unité de production en support aux équipes d'opération.

**MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES**:
- Référent technique pour la sécurité des procédés
- Conseil et formation des ressources techniques les moins expérimentées et développement des futurs spécialistes.
- Résolution et anticipation des problèmes de l’unité les plus complexes par l’animation d’équipes cross-fonctionnelles,
- Soutien technique aux équipes de Maintenance lors des travaux et inspections
- Amélioration des opérations grâce à la contribution technique et à l'innovation, en interfaçant avec les organisations de production
- Participation aux réseaux d’experts internationaux de sa spécialité, et implémentation sur site des initiatives proposées par les réseaux
- Proposer des améliorations des unités dans le cadre de la transformation énergétique

**PROFIL RECHERCHE**:
- Issu(e) d’une école d’ingénieur en génie chimique ou généraliste
- Minimum **5 ans** d’expérience en production dans la **pétrochimie**, avec de solides connaissances techniques sur un ou plusieurs procédés de **pétrochimie (polyéthylène, polypropylène ou vapocraqueur)**:

- Connaissance ou expérience démontrée des opérations en particulier sur la gestion des phases transitoires
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de coaching
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement de production dans le strict respect des règles et des systèmes de sécurité
- Un leadership fort pour faire progresser les idées d’amélioration des procédés
- Solides compétences d’analyse et de résolution des défaillances
- Maitrise de l'anglais et du français
- Des connaissances sur le contrôle en ligne et l’optimisation des procédés sont un plus
